The circles in this puzzle form a Masyu (Pearls) logic puzzle. You can solve it online here.
To solve the puzzle, you will have to start along the edges and work your way in. The top middle section is the hardest, and will be easiest if you use Trial Mode puzz.link to test a couple steps ahead, though you can also abuse the knowledge that there must be a unique solution to rule out possibilities much more quickly.
