This puzzle consists of a number of different foods. The flavor text references MyPlate, which suggests solvers should consider the food groups, and provides an order on the plate (fruits, grains, vegetables, protein). There are no foods from the dairy group in this puzzle, which is just as well, given that dairy is shown outside the plate.
Solvers who sort the foods into groups will notice that each food group consists of foods starting with different letters, both A, B, C, etc., as well as a block of consecutive letters from later in the alphabet. Treating these as connect-the-dots puzzles leads to the following:
Reading the letters spelled out by the lines in order first by MyPlate, then by alphabet, spells out the answer CANDY BAR, which is a food which fits into none of these food groups.
